Why the McFarland Fire’s work concentrated in Beegum Gorge
This is a more useful picture of the late response than the percentage alone. Work was concentrated in named sectors, and the reopening notice specified two counties even though the archive lists three. It cannot automatically date repopulation in Trinity County.
