What 77% containment looked like on the Lava Fire
The final state footprint was 26,409 acres, only 206 acres above the July snapshot. That small area difference does not mean the remaining work was trivial. For loss comparisons, use the 14 residences when comparing homes and the 23 structures when comparing all buildings; never add the two.
